Jonathan Noon and Cameron Flechsenhaar are co-founders and creators of BURNBEYOND and the MISSION 6 Total Body Workout Program.

Jonathan and Cameron believe in the ability of exercise and fitness to change lives because they’ve experienced its transformative power firsthand… and they want you to experience it too. To them, being “fit” involves much more than just the physical: it is an overall physical, mental, and emotional focus that revolves around a good fitness and health regimen that helps you gain clarity, make better life choices, and begin to thrive both physically and mentally.

With BURNBEYOND and the MISSION 6 Total Body Workout Program, Jonathan and Cameron have created something special—a scientifically-proven, fun, energetic, and highly effective fitness program for people of all abilities that doesn’t focus on just butts, abs, and thighs like most fitness programs, but on the whole you!

About BURNBEYOND

Founded in 2014 by Jonathan Noon and Cameron Flechsenhaar, BURNBEYOND is a virtual fitness community that focuses on total body health, fitness, and wellness through the delivery of online workout programs, videos, fitness coaching, and other resources to its members.

At the core of BURNBEYOND’s mission is the belief that people who are in better physical shape experience higher self-esteem, greater confidence, and are emotionally healthier. To that end, all BURNBEYOND programs, including the MISSION 6 Total Body Workout Program, focus on helping clients achieve true health, true wellness, and all-around better lives.

Meet Jonathan Noon

An elite age group triathlete who has twice qualified and competed in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, Jonathan Noon’s interest in health and fitness comes naturally.

Jonathan’s qualifications and experience make him uniquely qualified to design and implement programs for people of all abilities. He believes the most effective workout and fitness programs are those built upon solid foundations of science and proven processes—beliefs that are at the core of all BURNBEYOND programs, including MISSION 6.

He earned a Master’s in Exercise Physiology from Baylor University and has a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association; a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine; and a USA Triathlon Level I Coaching Certification.

Jonathan’s qualifications and experience make him uniquely qualified to design and implement programs for people of all abilities. “Results matter, so we cut through all the BS and the dubious claims made on social media by the so-called experts,” Jonathan explains. “The bottom line is we’re here to get you fit . . . and to help you have fun along the way.”

Meet Cameron Flechsenhaar

Cameron Flechsenhaar focuses on both the business and program development aspects of BURNBEYOND and its growing online community. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Diego Christian College and has worked extensively for the biotechnology industry in sales, medical devices, molecular biology, biotechnology, and management.

At 6’9” Cameron was tall and skinny growing up. He was picked on by other children, so he turned to working out as a way to gain discipline and fight through adversity. This first step on his fitness journey led him to play high school and college basketball, where he further developed his love and appreciation for fitness and nutrition.

More recently, when his Mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, she used fitness and nutrition to relieve her stress—which can be a big cause of cancer—and to get into better shape.

“Her experience led directly to me brainstorming MISSION 6 with Jonathan initially as a way to help busy women and mothers get awesome workouts from their homes or anywhere the felt comfortable,” Cameron explains. “I truly believe fitness is so much more than just having a great body. It’s also about the great benefits you get from pushing yourself, making good decisions, and becoming a stronger person mentally and emotionally, which leads to greater confidence and happiness.”
